I am just wondering, If the guy and the girl don't have any kind of sexual diseases, and they kept having unprotected sex (including oral), would that have any affect in the future? i mean will any of them get any kind of disease?
Because from what i've heard, that as long as the people you have sex with don't have any disease you won't get infected even if you had sex with 30 at different times, so if that's really the case then how do people get infected in the first place?

So, technically you can't get it if both of the partners aren't infected, even if you had sex a lot right?

If you don't have a STD then you can't pass it. So, if a couple has sex or does anything sexual, and neither of them has a STD, then neither of them can pass it or spread it. A person has to have something in order to spread it.
Most STDs have no signs or symptoms though. A lot of people are unaware they have a STD and spread it unintentionally. Plus, there is no test for men to detect HPV.
And, things can happen during a relationship like cheating. If someone cheats on their partner and contracts a STD then can bring it back to their partner and infect them.

Most people don't know they have a disease until the symptoms appear. It can take days, months, even years sometimes. This applies all your lover's lovers too. You have to use safe sex practices. When they are ready for the commitment, the couple can get tested. As long as their are both clean and can truly trust each other, then it will be fine, but pregnancy is something needing to be considered.

You get an STD by having sex with someone who IS infected. If two people who are free of diseases have sex (say even 3023842 times) they are not going to get it from each other. The amount of times you have sex doesnt matter, its WHO you have sex with.

i's better to ahve protected sex because some of the bacteria that can be good for the male genital enviroment can harm female natural flora ph. also there are many cases to get infected in non-sexual way - i.e. i had trichomonia when i was sexually inactive. even my ex partner (long ex) was ok. i probably got it on the pool,or by sitting somewhere in a short skirt (underwear is no protection of that). why risking spreading it with ur parntner?
other, oral herpes can turn into genital in case of the oral sex..
u can never be too carefull..

Viruses mutate and adapt just like plants and animals do. Something starts out harmless but finds the best way to procreate itself is to cause warts and spread by sex. But you're not going to get a satisfactory three-line answer to this question; better to take a Virology course when you get to college.
And there's no way to know the other person is telling the truth about their sexual history. Every girl in my high school was a virgin at graduation, every guy had sex dozens of times. Just ask them.

The only way to have a totally clean sexual history is if both of you are virgins [ no oral, finger, vaginal, or anal sex, EVER.]
So, both of you keep all your clothes on and in place [ not unbuttoned, or re-arranged, or unzipped ] until you have some condoms.
