Eeek! Why would anyone WANT to take aluminum? It's bad for you. I think there have even been studies that show people with Parkinson's usually have more aluminum in their systems that people without aluminum. If you really, really want to get some in your system, just use deodarants with aluminum in them. I quit using them because they were causing lumps in my lymph nodes.
