Has anyone heard of Fule Freedom International (FFi)?

Question

They market "MPG Caps", a gas addative that supposedly increases preformance, milage and reduces emmisions.

No speculation, plz. First-hand experience prefered.

The key word is 'supposedly'.

If there were any truth to their claims this product would be used by the military to increase the gas mileage of their vehicles. Then every military person would be using it. Are they?

Then every flat-earther (excuse me, environmentalist) would be shouting about it from the roof-top. Are they?
