Itching, discharge, painful urination, pain in the pelvic area, redness, and sores to name a few.
Most STDs have no signs or symptoms though.

are you a man or a woman?
which STD's?
Well there are those itchy ones... and those burny ones... and those ones you cannot detect at all...
The sure sign of a possible STD is having had sexual contact with a person who has one... Now if only those people would identify themselves!
Seriously. If you believe you have been exposed to an STD, you will need to go see a doctor or to a health clinic to be screened. Many STD's have no symptoms at all, for one gender or the other. Some of them will give you cancer or kill you anyway, some will make you sterile, many will really annoy a future partner of the other gender.
You can look at the pictures, but those are of really easy to photograph, perfectly typical sores and rashes... They are about as useful as plant identification books in the wild.
No matter who you are, there are places that you cannot see very well on your own, and it is pretty hard to see what you refuse to see (people have convinced themselves that syphilis is a zipper injury since there were zippers), and pretty easy to see what you fear (people have convinced themselves that heat rash is herpes since awareness of herpes).
Let a professional look, maybe take your blood, and a culture or two. If your exposure is very recent, you can even check for the first immune response to HIV, which only lasts a short while.

check out the last paragraph I detail it for you-it is like finding a needle in the hay stack -if you describe the symptom its easier to figure out what kind of STD
I do not have any symptoms and I dont believe in sex out of marriage or kissing even unless I know she is my life heart desire in Jesus-I didnt kiss my x wife till the day we got married, and we made love day and night after that-till her anger about her dad destroyed our life-yet in faithfulness never had to worry about any std's till the very end when she came back crying after cheating on me-i cried too but it was never the same-and I still wouldnt press the charges on her for 5 years in prison, but I wouldnt drop them either-so we divorced, and I missed her but now I am happier than ever and set free. with wonderfull memories but more caution for the next time.
Many STD's have no symptoms at all, while some will give different things in different genders-some will have no symptom in one gender but infect the other gender, some causes discharge yellow, or blood or white or puss, some causes itching, some will pimple, some will burn sometimes not just the skin but in urinating or inside the private parts, some will cause discharge from the private part, . some of them will give you sterility, disease AIDS from HIV some will bring on cancer or kill you, or give you incurable disease Herpies genitial and other types of them too. In amazing grace that saved me, to keep me from my once lust full empty life using and being used-when i believed John 3 -repented of my sins and let Jesus into my heart to help me and be my best friend, amen.
am praying for you and read some of your questions and answers to get a background to work from to help you, :D you do need as we all do help from above and courage to live in total peace and joy-to have a new beginning with the past gone far as the east is from the west to be remembered no more Psalm 103-and peace to thee. :D
