Mmmm...I love all food. You're talkin' best ethnic food, right?
In my opinion, ethnic food I love best, are those that utilizes ingredients from the sea! I know I'm beating around the bush, but those countries that have access or borders along the ocean. They tend to have more variety! I love Japanese, Thai and Filipino foods! Even, if I weren't Asian, I still would love these foods! I do love the Mexican, Chinese, Italian dishes, but even more so if its dish had seafood in 'em!

Southern Soul food is a historical combination of cultural foods going way back to its African Roots and general American cultures and traditiopns. Theere is nothing better than a steaming pot Collards with some candied yams, dirty rice and maybe some ribs or chitterlings. YUM

I love italian food. Risotto, pasta and tomato sauce, ice cream, and the best: PIZZA!!!!!
