Could be any thing or nothing. See a doctor and have the doctor run the tests.

In the mean time keep well exercises, watch out the food that may be causing it. You have to do some detective work also to see what is behind it, then discuss with the doctor.

Peptobismol (It is over the counter, follow instructions), after the first one in the morning may stop this annoyance. Lomotive is another thing that can help but doctor can only write a prescription for it, there are other also.

Eat right at regular interval and at same time to re-set your body clock.

Take "Dabur Isabgol," the best ayurvedic medicine which can cure it.

30 minutes after dinner, mix one full teaspoon of Isabgol to half a glass of water and gulp it followed by drinking lots of water, as much as you can.

You will find the difference the very first day itself.

put a teaspoon of cummin seeds in a litter of water and drink it several times during the day, can also try having bitter grouds vegetable two or three times in a month. apsom salt should also help good luck

Sounds like anxiety. It could also be IBS or Chrones disease. I would have a dr check it out

omg! i used to have this same thing. gastrointerologist sent me to a psychiatrist because it was part of a sleep disorder. probably won't clear up on its own. see a doc who can help you with this.

u may be suffering from irritable bowl syndrome.increase fibre diet .try isabgol husk at night.and more importantly relax as it is often referred as functional disorder.
