im looking for negative calorie foods to bulk up my meals, i have searched online but none make sense to me with regards to the calories to the amount.

Sorry-there are a few such foods but the amount of calories actually used is teeny tiny. Better to concentrate on higher fiber,lower fat,lower calorie foods and increased physical activity.

There aren't any negative calorie foods, it is a myth that the process of eating some foods burns more calories than the foods provide.

Still, you can eat smartly, chosing low calorie foods - if that is your particular preference in dieting - and remain healthy and satisfied.

There are none. Even to popular belief, celery has 4 calories per stock.

celery. it takes more calories to eat it then it has in it. i like it with peanut butter but that of course ads calories. you could try drinking tons of water. also since protein takes longer to digest than carbs, eat foods high in protein. NOT meat. meat is so bad for you. grapes are nice to add to meals because 1. they are delicious and 2. they take a long time to eat so your body knows its full and you stop eating.
