Yum! Where should I begin? I love cheese enchiladas with lots of sour cream, this soup called Posole, Shrimp Burritos, Bean and Cheese Burritos with rice, umm, I've tried birria before but won't again (goat meat) and actually Menudo is not all THAT bad. Steak sopes are yummy! I'm lucky I live so near to the Mexican border.

I wish we could get proper Mexican food in Australia - we have Taco Bell and some Mexican restaurants but I know they're not serving the real deal.
When I visited the US last year I had a 'breakfast burrito' with beans and rice and egg in it. It was the most perfect breakfast I'd ever eaten. I make them at home from scratch but I wish I could get them from cafes and diners here.
Also had a fish quesadilla - far out, it was so delicious and I'd never heard of quesadillas before.

When I go to mexican restaurants I always start with the loaded nachos then have enchilladas. Mexican food is awesome.

Burritos, beans and rice, chile rellenos.. I guess that's more Tex Mex than authenic mexican or spanish cuisine.
