It depends what's in the sushi besides rice. The rice has little to no fat. Some fish is fatty, especially unagi (eel). Avocado certainly has fat.
Here's some info:

(I don't see how a Philadelphia roll can have only 5 g fat--cream cheese is a high-fat item.)

It depends on what kind of Sushi we are talking about. For example a California roll has avocado in it. Avocado has a lot of fat. Fish like salmon, and eel also contain some fat.
You can still incorporate sushi into your diet (the fat in sushi is actually good for you) but it does contain fat.

If you are on a low fat diet to lose weight then the white rice in sushi will not help, even though it is low in fat. On the whole though, sushi is pretty healthy.

No as sushi is the rice then you add the fish and wrap it up into a sushi roll. Sushi or California. Spring rolls are a different matter.

if you're talking about sushi w/ seafoods and egg in it, then yes, it has fat in it. one of sushi's key ingredient is the mayonaise, and we all know that mayo has fat. but you can find or make sushi that has cucumber, carrots, and some fruit like mango. just dont forget to leave the mayo.^_^

I don't believe sushi has a lot of fat in it my Dr. always told me it was very good for you, low in cholestrol, it's the soy sauce that you dip it in that is not good for you, it's loaded with salt which will make you swell. You don't see too many overwieght Asaisan do you?

All seafood and fish contains fat in varying amounts-e.g. salmon more than eel, shrimp more than squid. There are many websites with info for specific items.
