I found old tangerines or fruit similar to them. They are going bad. Are they still healthy enough?

If they are going bad, why take a chance? The best you can hope for is an upset stomach, the worst, a full fledged case of diarrhea or food poisoning.

no, I read somewhere that it is dangerous when they have white mold
