I DO!!!! I purchased a sushi kit and make it all the time, I LOVE IT.
I don't know the name if it has one bc I like to experiment. But the ingrediants are this:

Lavar, Sushi Rice, Avacado, Cream Cheese, Cucumber, Crab, Seasame Seeds, Shaved Bonito, Wasabi

Sushi Bars are really getting popular finally in our area, YEAH!

My favorite is Paradise Roll which is a HUGE tempura shrimp wrapped in a traditonal california roll with cream cheese and topped with a spicy warm crab/roe sauce.

sweet shrimp when in season, and uni are my favorites...but the best kind of sushi for me is when i am in a top quality restaurant with a really good japanese sushi chef, and i can just sit at the bar and have the chef decide for me....expensive, but an experience to remember!!!

What I usually order first is Unagi...

Grilled eel glazed with a sweet terrikaki-like sauce.
The meat is nicely charred, with a sweet glaze and the eel itself is slightly sweet. All good!

Anything that doesn't have octopus or squid is good!

I enjoy tuna rolls, and other types with tuna!
