Garcia, since you are in LA County, please call 1(800) 758-0880 and either a health educator can help you find a clinic near you, or you can listen to the telephone menu. Also, you can request free condoms mailed right to you! Just ask the person on the line.
Otherwise, LA County Public Health does offer FREE STD clinics in your region. Walk-in only. No appointments.

You can usually begin at Planned Parenthood or your local Health Clinic, and if they do have a fee it is usually minimal. If you have a cause for concern, this is not the time to try to obtain freebies. This is your life.

Try you local health clinic. They are not usually located in the most desirable neighborhoods, but they do offer those sorts of services and it is all confidential. Call the local Health Department and they should be able to give you the details.
