This is something you should speak with your doctor about. You want to be careful about raising your blood pressure since you have a heart condition and an elevated blood pressure could cause further problems. Talk with your doctor.

Hawthorn Berries are a good way to normalize blood pressure, if you have high BP they will reduce it, if you have low BP they will increase it.
My blood pressure is identical to yours when it isn't being treated, I also have arithmia and had a heart attack when I was 21, 8 years ago.
I'm a medicinal herbalist and found Hawthorn the best. Preparations can probably be bought in health shops but I always make my own tea by crushing the dried berries a little before pouring on hot water... leave for 10 minutes and strain, then drink. Drink a small cup once a day at first increasing to twice a day depending on how you feel.
Always ask your doctors advice first (though doctors are often clueless with regard to herbs) and always buy the hawthorn berries from a proper health shop/herb supplier.
Good luck :-)

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

If I understand your question, you have heart disease and you want to increase your blood pressure. Do increase your blood pressure, decrease your blood pressure by drinking at least 8glasses of water every day, if you can walk try and walk when and wherever possible every day, remove the SALT shaker from dining table, reduce your sugar intake and eat one grapefruit twice per day one in the morning at breakfast and one just before going to bed and eat lots of veggies, and avoid as much stress as possible, try and maintain regular exercise program, even if it is just walking every day.

As you noticed, salt can help. Anything else--meth, coke, caffeine or nicotine gun--should be done under a doctor's supervision.
I also wonder if you have a kidney problem that could aggravate this, or that could even be the real problem underlying all of this.

Coffee is one way. but with coffee increase the intake of water. any caffeine increases the heartbeat and therefore pressure. but be very careful, see a doctor for advice for a Diet to control this. I would also recommend Aloe-Vera or Garlic

A serving of a salty snack.
Water no. Thins the blood, reduces pressure.

Exercise!!
You have to exercise - finding your favourite sport and do it; or simply start by walking, cleaning your house, swimming, etc
It is the BEST and simply way.
