Yes u can i have fainted many times. Your airways are so blocked u cant get enough air into ur lungs ur chest is heaving and u are whezzing All this means not enough oxygen to ur brain making you pass out or faint. twice i have fainted and gone in to respiratory arrest and need mouth to mouth to be done on me Luckly it revived me both times. if u want to talk about it u can email me any time.

Yes of course, your lung is being blocked to have enough oxygen, of course you would faint. And you can die. Its very serious. I would keep on taking inhaler.
