You might find this chart of Homeopathy very helpful for your DM. FBS 180 is still high. Normal is 80-100. It usually takes a pt some 8-10 yrs to discover they are diabetcis as they would be symptom-free.
So consider yourself lucky and conscientious.

As you notice; synopsis of this chart:

Hypertension; apricots, avocados, bananas, beets, brocoli, cantaloupes, chestnuts, figs, GARLIC, lemons, limes, watermelons and mushrooms

It might be a good idea to print this out and tape to your refrigerator door for easy reference and access.

You should treat your constipation with lots of fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of fluids esp water. You should maintain your weight and avoid obesity. The weakness and fatigue n DM is called lassitude. But if you are obese, excess body sugars are converted to fats and become stored in the fat cells and tissues. . Obesity can lead to heart disease. Most pts with DM don't usually die from DM but heart failure. It's very impt for diabetic pts to keep their blood sugars under control to avoid any diabetic neuorpathies i.e.; poor peripheral circulation, blindness, and kidney failure.

FBS of 180, the man should be in the hospital or at least on Meds.Dizzy goes along with the Blood Sugar. If I am late on eating after taking meds I get nervous, shaky and dizzy. Quick pop of sugar and it goes away but then I feel bad all day.
