Only a physician can properly diagnose you. You should not wait to see a doctor when you have pain that causes problems with your breathing. There are several conditions that might be causing this but you should be going to the ER immediately. And DO NOT overdose on any medications again.

You may want to seek medical attention. While Ibuprofen may not exactly kill you (depending on the dose) it is not healthy. You may also have a few slipped ribs (symptoms of which include shortness of breath, pain at the lower lumbars, and a moderate level of opain in the sternum) It may not be a major problem over all, but the OD concerns even me, seek medcal attention if you are able to

well. first of all..

since you overdosed, you MAY be allergic to them.

both advil and lexapro have side effects which include difficulty breathing, cramps, or swelling..

do go see your doctor to check whether you really do have an allergic reaction

Prhaps its anxiaty, perhaps its an adverse effect of your "overdose". I would have to evaluate you to surely know. if the symptoms persist after a week see a physician.

I can't diagnose it, but it could be serious and in my opinion you should see a doctor in the near future.
