Well, out of all of those specialists, I don't see an GI man/woman in the lot.. Try getting referred for an upper GI.. you might have ulcers, or GERD, and that could cause your pains at various times of day and night.
Since all the cardio work is showing fine, then maybe it's not cardio-related. Orrr, you might suggest a heart catheterization.. Sometimes the best thing is to go in and look.

You have not disclosed about smoking? Are you a smoker? If yes than this smoking or tobacco chewing gives rise this tachycardia !It gives excitement !There may be some kind of conduction defect !I suggest to under go for TMT means exercises test for the evaluation of the coronary insufficiency and simultaneously conduction defect also !There me be bundle branch block also !If you are a smoker than Pl give up your habit and see the result after 3 month time !(you may not expect result so soon )The pain is because of the costo chondritis means the musculoskeletal pain at cartilage level on the chest wall may be because of some strain sprain or may be viral infection also !It is not related with your heart as there is no complain of perspiration and refered pain !Any way with limited information i suggest to under go TMT and if negative than non steroidal anti imflammatory drug like ibuprofen or diclofanac or nimisulide !Always YouRsmE

One of your previous questions:
went to the dr today he gave me 3 medicines one is xopenex hfa(levalbuterol tartrate) which he gave me instead of the albuterol cause i think i overdosed on the albuterol and caused my chest tightness and hes says it weaker and has less side effects on your heart..and he gave me a steroid inhaler called azmacort(triamcinolone acetonide) and singulair..just wanted to update all of you and see if you think this is a good selection of medication
