I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

No! But if you don't look after yourself n become overweight then that makes you more at risk of type 2 diabetes (there are other kinds of diabetes that are nothing to do with life style at all!). The thing about sugar is a bit of an old wives tale - it's about overall lifestyle. Hope that helps xx

Well that means most things will give you diabetes because so many products have excess sugar in them. You just have to watch what you eat and drink and try not to have too many sweet things. A lot of the time diabetes is to do with diet and inheriting it. You have to make sure you follow a healthy diet and exercise.
If youre worried then go to your doctors and get a blood test done.

No, Jack. That's absolute rubbish ... or, as Emma W, says, bollocks.

If you are overweight and don't do much exercise you may go on to develop type 2 diabetes, where either your body doesn't produce enough insulin to keep up with what you're taking in, or your body develops resistance to the insulin that you are producing. Both of these scenarios mean that you will need medication.

Type 1 diabetes is slightly different in that your autoimmune system attacks the beta cells within your pancreas that makes insulin. Of course, if these cells are killed off, you can't produce insulin. You'll then need to have insulin injections.

Your pancreas is the organ that will attempt to balance the amount of sugar in your system by either releasing insulin to allow your organs, more specifically your muscles, to produce energy. Without this system in operation you will try to excrete the excess sugar by going to the toilet a lot to pass urine. You'll also need to replenish the fluids that your body is excreting so you'll drink more. You may even eat more as your body is literally 'starving' as it can't make use of the sugar within your system.

If you have a bad diet for a long time (including Lucozade) with no exercise etc etc your body may decide to give. If it does, you will have TYPE 2 DIABETES.

TYPE 1 DIABETES HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FOOD

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/rRaPg

A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

No, Lucozade is Iscotonic as it advertises so prominently...all this actually means is that the glucose levels in Lucozade matches the glucose levels that should be present in the blood so there is no way it can make you diabetic. It may slightly increase blood sugar levels, but if you are not already diabetic the body will be able to get rid of any excess sugar naturally.

if you were fed nothing but sugar since the day you were born it does not mean you will be diabetic, apart from the fact it would be un healthy, diabetics has nothing to do with what you put into your body as such, for type 2 it usually occurs when you are over weight and puts a strain on the pancreas.
