I suspect he's either Dr. Uffe Ravnskov or Anthony Colpo himself....;) Good luck on your campaign, really hope you won't harm people by giving wrong info!!!

Razwell, Ashley, et al.

First of all this article was not a clinical trial or other medical research. For the most part it was a testimonial. That said, I don't disagree with her, low-fat diets are not for everyone. If something makes you miserable it is not worth it, you won't be able to stick with it long term anyway.

I did notice that the author of this article pointed out the importance of consuming omega-3 fatty acids. This is something many people are aware of now. The AHA recommends eating fish at least 2 times per week.

Razwell, etc - Yes I saw the references at the bottom. You still don't get the difference between primary and secondary sources do you? The author of the article is a secondary source. She is voicing an opinion about primary sources. If you wish to form an opinion about a medical treatment it is best to go to the primary sources and decide for yourself what your opinion is.

Another citation of a nonscientific source.

Why do you refer to an article that simply regurgitates Colpo's ideas and contributes nothing new?

Oh, by the way, this isn't a valid question.

Haven't you read the community guidelines?

And Razwell/Ashley, I see you still can't take criticism without insulting the person who disagrees with you. A sure mark of emotional maturity.

Yes. Just eat natural food. manufactured low diet is not panacea to any health condition and could be dangerous because the body needs useful fats and artificial low fat diets deny the body this vital nutrient.
