I think that my garden statues move at night when I'm sleeping. I have a frog, a chicken, a gnome, and a birdbath. This morning I woke up to the sight of the gnome chocking the chicken. In the past, the frog has been swimming in the birdbath. And about 3 nights ago a new statue showed up- a little fairy. She was watching the gnome choke the chicken! What should I do?? I am afraid they will hurt me.

I first heard this theory as it relates to childrens toys, when I was a small child. My evil sister told me that my stuffed animals were alive and would dance and sing at night but resume their former positions as soon as I woke up. It was a nice story, until she began beating my toys and cackling about their pain.
In regards to your question, it is entirely possible that your garden statuary do move at night when you're sleeping. It would be ignorant to entirely rule out this possibility. If your statuary have not made any threats or movements against you, ignore them, be polite but bar your doors thoroughly at night. If at any time they threaten you, tie them up in the middle of the afternoon, put them in a box and send them to the white house, or to any other far distant location with a high concentration of your enemies. If you do not wish harm on others, ship them to a remote and distant unpopulated island. Never visit there. Do not put a return address on the box, and wear rubber gloves when you do it.

The fairy is waiting for the gnome to finish choking the chicken. She's not gonna hurt ya. None of them will. Don't be surprised if you wake up tonight and find the fairy, the gnome, and the frog having a threesome in the birdbath. I don't think they'll hurt you tho.....unless you decide to join them.

It is a well documented fact that garden statuary do indeed move. Also, animal shaped hedges have been known to do the same. I would surround your house with a line of pure white salt, sprinkle each statue with salt each night and ask the Great Spirit of Garden Statuary to move on to your neighbors yard and stop playing with yours. Within a short time, life will return to normal in your yard.
