You can use it so long as you are not also taking aspirin. If you are talk to your doctor first. Here is some info i found. Let me know if you need more.

Theoretical Cautions and Contraindications for Green Tea(Camellia sinensis)

If product is not decaffeinated, caffeine may cause gastric irritation, decreased appetite, insomnia, tachycardia, palpitations, and nervousness in sensitive individuals. Caffeinated products should be used with caution in individuals with peptic ulcer disease or cardiovascular disease. At high doses, caffeine-containing products may interact with many medications.

Based on in vitro effects on platelet aggregation (Sagesaka-Mitane, 1990): Contraindicated in individuals with active bleeding (eg, peptic ulcer, intracerebral bleeding). Use with caution in individuals with a history of bleeding, hemostatic disorders, or drug-related hemostatic problems. Use with caution in individuals taking anticoagulant medications, aspirin, aspirin-containing products, NSAIDs, or antiplatelet agents (eg, ticlopidine, clopidogrel, dipyridamole).

Discontinue use prior to dental or surgical procedures (generally at least 14 days before). Green tea has also been reported to antagonize the effects of warfarin (Taylor, 1999).

Use with caution when taking other stimulants such as caffeine and decongestants, unless a caffeine-free product is used. It is important to note that the addition of milk to any tea may significantly lower the antioxidant potential of this agent.
