In the course of daily activities, what is a good estimate for the range of blood pressure?

Aways one sees that 110 to 120 for systolic and 70 80 on the other. I'm interested in this as a function - maybe even Fourier analysis!

this is absolutely normal. a good range would include something as high as 139 systolic and 89 diastolic, good luck

my normal is 120/80, unless of course if i get stressed out. if it goes any higher than say 148/92 then i start thinking about it. but then again i take meds for it also. twice a day. sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesnt.
