you can use orajel, it is an anethetic, it will block the sensation, the pain will be releived but sexual activity will also be impaired for the next 6-8 hours, feel free to talk to your doctor about this, good luck

She may have pulled it the wrong way and a lot of girls a very ruff when giving hand relief, id say u have probably torn tissue u know u can break ur penis though, and that is supposedly very painful
