when i drink anything cold it feels very cold in my chest as if i poured it in a pitcher, when i drink something hot same thing it's hot as if there is a container its going into and it's feels hot i feel i may have congestive heart failure ,i had a stress test and doc said it was fine i know and feel differently what kind of test should i have to rule out that there is nothing wrong with my heart

You need further evaluation, contact a good psychiatrist, he will help you out, as you seem to be stressed out, and under sheer anxiety these symptoms do occur.
Drinking won't help to solve your problems, you have a clean bill for cardiac problem.

You already had it, the stress test would rule out heart problems. Drinking would not effect the heart, only the GI tract.

Why did you ask this question twice?
