when i had mine . all i felt was as if some ones hand was
squeezing my heart. in center of my chest .no pain ,no difficult breathing . i wraped my arms to see it was muscular.
didn't go away. had my wife drive me to emercency .
mile away.

if you think you are having a heart attack then at the very least you are having some medical problem that needs attention so go to the er and have this looked into .
