I guess my favorite is Mexican . I still like Chinese...........and sometimes Italian.

Peruvian Food! If you haven't tried it yet... come to Peru and make a gastronomical tour! Cebiche (raw fish (cooks with a strong lemon juice), Aji de Gallina (chicken with a wonderful sauce), Carapulcra (special potatoes, lots of different meat, another delicious sauce), and these are traditional platters. We now have gourmet restaurants everywhere where tradition is mixed with other cuisines. Japanese, Chinese, Arab, Mexican, French with Peruvian. Very good. This has made me hungry. We even have hamburguer specials! (Bembos) - Places to go: La Gloria, Edo Sushi Bar, Pasquale (sandwiches), Tanta, La Trattoria, Rodrigo, La Rosa Nautica, Manos Morenas, Pardo's Chicken, Dinno's, etc.

Mexican. I had a carne asada burrito for dinner tonight. Yum. Who could not LOVE chile rellenos or cheese enchiladas or tender carnitas? Mmmmmmmmmmm

Puerto Rican,that falls under the Hispanic category...so Hispanic...maybe it's because i eat it everyday...i still love Chinesee... and i like Italian...
