If you are eating a wide variety of food then you do not need any supliments. You will find plenty of vitamins and minerals in other food besides meat.

Some of the vitamin concerns:
Protein: Can be found in legumes, beans, grains, vegetables and fruits.

B12: Since you are drinking milk and eating eggs then there should be no problem. You can also get it from soy milk and fortified cereals

Iron: soybeans, lentils, spinach, tofu, etc

I'm a 13 year old lacto-ovo vegetarian too and i take an all natural vegetarian supplement that gives me all i need called Supernutrition Men's Blend. Since you are a girl you probably can get all you need in the supernutrition womens blend (http://www.supernutritionusa.com/womens.blend.html).
My dad told me as long as i get my protein in my day and these pills i will have all the stuff i need. (My dad is a pediatrician with his own practice.) You can get these tablets at whole foods and i take 2 in the morning and one at night.

Lacto-Ovo Vegetarians already have it all and, just like carnivores, probably are not lacking anything and do not need any vitamin or protein supplements.

Well, I'm 22 and I still take these children's chewable vitamins from GNC, they're a special formula for vegetarians.

Truthfully, you don't need any. As long as he/she is drinking lots of milk and eating plenty of cheese and such, he/she shouldn't need any.

You should take a steak at least once a week, and a nice glass of milk. I'll tell you what i told the others. It may seem like a cool idea to be vegan, but it's not according to nature. You'll feel weaker and your stool will be bizarre.
