Looking for details on how to start a Supper Club, how to go about inviting folks, how many to invite, should we include kids, how often should we meet, do we need to do monthly themes, does the host provide all of the food or just the main dish, etc.

I guess there are many different ways to do this.
I am in a group of 5, and we take turns selecting a restaurant to meet at once a month. Great way to go to a place you may not have chosen otherwise.

If at home, take turns hosting, and the host should supply the food.
Kids will get in the way, unless that is part of the charm.
Skip the themes, rules can be a burden. Let the host decide what they want to serve.
Have enough in the group so that if you aren't in the mood to attend, your presence won't be sorely missed. Too many people and it becomes impossible to keep it in check.
