I've heard the opinion that people are becoming more prone to allergies, sinus infections, and similar problems due to our homes being 'too' disinfected. If someone follows every speck around with a hypo-allergenic vacuum, do we have too few germs in our home environment to maintain good health outside? Thoughts?

Yes. Comfortable and no germs where they shouldn't be, I hope. I have allergies and I sneeze a lot but, I'm not getting rid of the cat. I use an air filter in the high pollen months.

hmm...My daughter is Neutropenic, so I have to vacuum, clean and disinfect every object in the house daily...but I do leave my windows open and bring the outside air (including all it's allergens) inside. And we go on a 40 block stroll outside everyday. She's never had any serious sinus infection or allergy problems. So I'd say while my house is as sanitary as can be, it's not so hard to maintain that it makes me unhappy, and for the past 6 months straight, we've both been perfectly healthy.

As a person raised in the outdoors I couldn't agree more. The more we "protect" ourselves from out environment the more we put ourselves at risk. The more allergens you eliminate the less opportunity you have to build up immunity so the more dangerous they become. I have 3 kids and although many of their friends have breathing problems they don't and I believe it is partly because I am not a fuss pot. My house is clean but not so clean it isn't a home.

You married a guy who's cultural thought is that it is the type you deal which includes your spouse. It how his father treats his mom. Even his "acquaintances" have self belief a similar. it is all he knows. possibly it is why his first spouse left? He does have self belief that each and every little thing on your lives mutually could revolve around him - his needs, his acquaintances, his desires - and yours do exactly no longer count selection for lots. You tried counseling. "...I even have tried counceling and he would not hear to what the therapist advices for him to do and argues with there opinion too. He says his mom never complains and does despite his dad asks....he pronounced...a woman could do despite her husband asks of her." you have tried to get him to determine a various way, by way of counseling, yet he would not opt to alter. you could't make him. Why could he, while it capacity he has to make sacrifices? He needs it this way. If its no longer good sufficient for you, then you definately should not be in this relationship. he can not exchange, and residing like it is removing your guy or woman soul. do you elect your daughter turning out to be up believing that it is how a guy treats his spouse, and make her proceed this cycle? you recognize he can not exchange, and you recognize you could't be happy residing like this. it's time to enable him circulate. next time, discover out what the guy is extremely like till now tying the knot. There could have been signs and indicators, yet you probably did no longer opt to determine them.

Yes, we're most definitely overdoing the antiseptic/antibacterical stuff in our homes. Heck, we're even overdoing antibiotics resulting in more and more antibiotic resistant germs. We're probably going to end up causing ourselves to become extinct.
