Please let me know what to do.

Is it an STD if you have little "bumps" on the underside of your penis? It appears that they are also around each hair, so could it just be hair follicles? The bumps are also located on the scrotum. Thanks for the help.

The bumps are also located on other regions of the penis other than around the hair

It might just be ingrown hairs, but it could also be genital warts caused by HPV.

You should see your doctor if you can as soon as possible and have them take a look at it. Genital warts can be treated pretty easily. Good luck!

The skin of the penis is so thin that individual hair follicles will stand out as bumps. The indicator is if they are swollen, red, irritated etc, although friction can cause all of these things as well lol don't mess with them, don't pick, squeeze, etc. You can cause an actual infection by screwing with what is just a healthy part of your body. Also, perhaps practicing safe sex would help you to avoid these anxieties in the future. It may not feel as good as unprotected sex, but face it, how good does it feel to be checking your dick for bumps? Good luck!

It could just be the hair follicle or it sounds like a possibility of genital warts. They start out looking like bumps, or even skin tabs. I would go to the dr. Even if it is warts, you can get cream that will take them away and if you catch it early enough, they won't ever come back. Good luck and don't sit around because you are embarrased, if it is that, it could be treated, but if you ignore it, it will get worse and you could be stuck with it for quite some time.

Doesn't sound like an STD to me. However if you're worried about it you could get checked by your doctor just for peace of mind.

That doesn't sound like an STD to me. If they start turning into sores, it may be something. If you're really concerned, go see a doctor about it.
