fried chicken--- need two large bowls like mixing cake mix--- 1 3/4 cup flour, tbs garlic salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp poultry seasoning, 1/4 tsp pepper, mix in one bowl in other bowl mix 3/4 cup flour, 1 tsp salt 1/2 to 1 tsp pepper, mix then add to the 3/4 cup flour mixture 1 cup of water or flat beer mixed with one egg yolk--- this mixture when mixed will look like pancake batter dip raw chicken in flour mixture then batter mixture then flour fry in pan of deep fry with oil or shortening until done --- be careful as if using meat with bones needs to cook longer keep heat of oil not real hot as if it burns yuck when done chicken will be golden brown
