A lot of the symptoms sound like they could be related to stress. I would suggest getting in to see your gp, they can give you a full health examination to ensure that nothing is wrong. Your heart rate is the low end of normal but for someone who is athletic then this is normal. Your doctor is the best person to speak to.

I bet you also snore; possibly something is obstructing your nose passages and causing you to breath through your mouth. I wonder if you are also overweight, All of this can lead to the symptoms that you describe.
A heart rate of 62 is good. You should have a physical to have your other symptoms evaluated. Then get yourself on a program to achieve wellness in your life.

Is there an echo in here? "Go to the doctor...go to the doctor...go to the doctor..." ;)

A good auscultator (someone who's good with a stethoscope) can learn a lot by listening to your heart. High blood pressure (including labile hypertension) and thyroid problems should both be explored. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by seeing a doctor. Judging by your frequent posts, you are concerned enough to be checked out thoroughly.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/F3gaf
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.

Definitely go see your Dr. Ask for a thyroid antibodies test also. A lot of your symptoms sound like Hashimoto disease. I have that and it's fixed by a daily dose of thyroid meds.

Obviously you should visit your doctor. The symptoms you describe sound like a kind of depression/anxiety problem, which is not as unusual at your age as it may sound. hope you soon recover
