You need to be part of this devestating news. Your husband is scared. You are there to calm his fears. You are his partner and should be as scared as he is.
You need to walk in his shoes for a lifetime.
I thought that was what marriage is suppose to be ?
In sickness and in health ???

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

There's no doubt that you and hubby are in for a challenge. The key is getting control fast. You can actually change the course all together by making these changes in your lifestyle.

Here are the “fairly simple” lifestyle changes you can make to prevent/reverse type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes or insulin resistance:
1. Develop a healthy mindset.
2. Walk, swim, cycle for 30-45 min a day.. Make sure you check with your doctor first before starting any exercise regimen.
3. Build muscle mass to slow the aging process and help the hormonal balance.
4. Especially if you are overweight at the waist cut out obvious carbohydrates (potatoes, bread, pasta, breakfast cereals, etc) from your diet.
5. Ideal meals consist of: healthy protein, healthy fats, low glycemic load and high soluble fiber carbohydrates.
6. Avoid processed foods like the plague. If it comes in a box or package don't buy it.
7. If diabetic/pre-diabetic, monitor and record your blood sugar 2 hours after at least one meal per day.
8. Get stress out of your life. Get plenty of sleep.

If you implement these lifestyle changes and attitudes, your blood sugar balance will improve and type 2 diabetes can be reversed or prevented.

Did u know Diabetes 2 can be controlled and cured?
The millennium is the way to go for Natural Foods and Cures!
When it comes to any sickness or disease men are like little babies!
Your husband has just been diagnosed with diabetes, he can be cured faster of this if he chooses to see a N.D., a Naturopath Doc. Best is if u can make an appt. with a N.D. and u go along with him, he needs your strong support!
Here are some miracle herbs n spices especially meant for a diabetic...fenugreek, gymnena, kojac mannan, nopal cactus, banana leaf extract, bitter melon and cinnulin PF (cinnamon).
Cinnamon contains a powerful nutrient which closely mimics human insulin. 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon daily is all needed along with other herbs.
With proper combination and doses his diabetes can be controlled n cured!
By the way NO WHITE SUGAR, white flour or products (bread), white rice, in general SLASH down on most of the carbohydrates they r all sugar! A little whole grain is ok.
He can take XYLITOL, scientific term is D-Mannose, or STEVIA (see in sugar n baking section). These u can buy from any Natural Food Stores. Please do NOT take any artificial sweeteners. Keeping physically active is imp.
Any Natural Food Store can recommend u with a N.D.
I hope this will be an initial help for u.
GOOD LUCK!

My husband used to do the same thing, his problem was that he was scared, so I told him that I was going to do everything I could to help him so I started him on 2 vitamin supplements that a nurse friend told me about they are:

Glucose Regulation Complex/Craving Reduction Complex
This product has been miraculous at keeping him from getting fatigued, craving sweets and feeling weak and light headed after lunch. It's really helped his Hypoglycemia.

Flavor Enhanced Soy Protein
Has proven low glycemic response

by doing this he saw that I was taking some interest in him and he doesn't go on and on anymore and he is also feeling 100% better. Just a reminder if your husband is taking any other medication and you are considering trying these, alway consult with your doctor first.

Your husband is striving for attention. Maybe he wants you to be involved in his experience with this serious ailment. Don't take it for granted. Get him books on the disorder. Help him control his diet, ask him sometimes if he has taken his medication. Let him know that you care. Don't take him for granted.

The anxiety will probably subside as he "adapts" . . biggest challenge is learning what to eat to make the 2-hour post meal numbers.
