At the end of books, movies, etc. it's always just "fin". If you need the "the" too, "la fin".

(Odd, because usually French is way more likely than English to require a definite article.)

Both ' FIN ' and 'LA FIN' are used at the end of books and movies. 'LA Fin' was used more frequently in the old days probably the result of a bad translation from 'The end'.
