Meet one before she gets a job there. Honestly, most of the women working at Hooters already have Boyfriends. Also, they do not date any customers as it really is a turn off to them.
Best bet, find a beautiful girl, and ask her to get a job there, or just wait for the right girl to come your way and worry not about where she works.
