Switzerland is great, my favorite country by far. the standard of their hotels is quite high... a 3 star hotel there would be more comparable to a 4 star in the US. the scenery is also breathtaking in the countryside and mountains. i like to tell people that it's not only beautiful, but also incredibly peaceful when you have a vista of rolling hills, snow capped mountains, and pristine lakes in front of you.

I happen to like Switzerland. it is. from the standpoint of cleanliness and scenery, one of the most beautiful countries in the world. I have not been for a visit since I was told that there is a park enclave exclusively for drug addicts right in the middle of the city, where the Government (so I am told) provides the addicts with the drugs. This is to control the use of drugs and to provide addicts with medical help it needed. The Swiss themselves are very nice people albeit a bit stiff. I found the Swiss in the Canton Ticino much warmer than those in other parts of the country.

ok, i am swiss and i just wanted to tell you: don't be like: oh weird, that drug thing... it's the best they can do cause if you walk through bern, where they do that, you see almost no drug addicts, it is really good that the government controlls everything!
i love switzerland, i feel really secure here, especially in the countryside, it's beautiful and peaceful!

Hey! I live in Switzerland! It is very safe, I can go into town by myself (I'm 15), go jogging alone in the woods...
Switzerland is also very expensive though, which I don't like as much!

I love Switzerland. I have spent a lot of time there, and highly recommend it. Most of my time was spent in the Berner Oberland. Check it out!
