My fiance already created his own vow when he propose to me. Now I already bought him a wedding band. When we are ready to get married next month or on July, how can I create my own vow for him?

A lot of people aren't sure about what they want to say in vows, but when you look at it, its not all that hard!
Tell him how much you love him
Remind him why you fell in love with him
and tell him about how you will take care of him.
You can do it!

The humorous version:

"If you ever dare betray me, I vow to make every single breath you take a living pain. Now marry me."

Another one:
"I hereby vow to lovingly give you my loyalty and respect - so long as you do..Otherwise, I am writing you off my will. Oh, and I get to fix the alimony amount."

The serious version:

" Against time, against the turns of fate, beside you, I promise to stand. My travelling companion on this road of life, let us move together, ever forward, without fear. Take my hand, walk with me. Take my heart, be with me."

I don't know, I feel a stranger to the situation, so I do not know if the words fit or work.
Frankly, this is something YOU should write.
Congratulations, girl!
Good luck!
Whoooo!

I think that you just write it. You make it up and it should include what you vow you will do during your marriage. It's not complicated; just go for it.

You can look at songs in the hymnal and use parts of those.
You can look to see what the preacher was going to use and use parts of that.

I took out the word marriage and put in union. I took out the word obey completely.

Think of what a vow is. It is a promise. What do you promise to do in your marriage? Do you promise to love him? Under what condition will you love him? Will you always forgive him for anything? Do you promise to do his dirty laundry? Do you promise to cook for him? Do you promise to give him a thoughtful expensive birthday gift, even if he only got you a card for your birthday? Do you promise to keep your mouth shut when his mother deliberately criticizes you?

Think of what your willing to do in this marriage. It would be good to clearly outline what you will not. This might not be lovely dovey; but it's honest, sincere, and true!

first of all, say how it was when you first met him and how it is now. Afterwards say how much you love him and let everything else come from the heart. its better if you tell it his face than reading it off a paper. good luck,

Just look inside yourself, think about everything you feel about him, and write it down. If you had to say everything in just a small time this would be it.

Write down what's in your heart.
My best to both of you.

I ..... take you ..... to be my husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until we are parted by death. And, to this, I pledge you my word.

I ..... in the presence of this gathering take you ..... to be my husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, as long as we both shall live. This is my solomn vow and promise.

...... I ask you to be my husband, I promise to be beside you throughout any troubles, to care for you in sickness, to share with you in happiness and prosperity until the day that I die.

I .... take you ..... to be my husband. I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love and honour you for all the days of my life.

...... I chose you above all others to share my life, to be best friends. I will respect and accept your individualality. I will cherish you throughout all the changes in our lives. I pledge these things as long as my life shall last.

I ask our family and friends to be here today to witness that I .... take you .... to be my husband. I pledge to share my life openly with you, to speak the truth to you, to support and to encourage your own fulfilment, throughout all the changes in our lives.

..... I chose you above all others to be my husband. To have and to hold, from this day on & forever more, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health. I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad. I will love you and honour you all the days of my life.

I ... take you .... to be my husband. I vow to respect you and to care for you, to continue to encourage you and support you, as I share my life with you. I will try to do all that I can to fulfill our aspirations and dreams. I pledge to love you and cherish you for the rest of our lives.

These were some examples given to my partner & I by our celebrant. We are using parts from each & also adding a few lyrics from some songs that have meaning in our lives along with a few extra words of our own. Just look deep into your soul & try to put to words the inner most feelings you have for this man.
Best of luck & congrats :o)
