I like a girl from my workplace but havent approached her yet. I dont want to be the first to go up to talk to her and then look dumb with nothing to talk about her. Whats the best way of making her feel that I might like her.. so that she kinda.. approaches me..? ;)

Rejection will not kill you, it might hurt a little, but, it will not kill you.

I had a good buddy years ago. He was ugly as sin. When we went clubbing he always walked out with a beautiful woman at the end of the evening. How did he do it?

He asked! He asked lots of women to dance, to have a drink, etc. He got rejected by all but one each time we went out. I went home with the Morning Newspaper. No guts, no glory.

Check out the resources below.

You could start off by saying something both of you can relate to like, Oh man, I hate mondays, or today feels so long, is it just me? Or even, work sucks, I cant wait to get home and watch this movie I rented, have you seen it yet? Is it good? Choose simple friendly light topics that obviously wont upset her and you both can relate to and laugh about.

ask a female officemate to help you to get some information on her and let her befriend her first. also try to get some basic info from the personnel dept. on her record, then you can start on this. She may find it interesting or cute if she found out that there is someone who like her. whatever the outcome, be man and brave enough to face her! it takes guts to get what you want!Good luck...

This can be an awkard feeling I know your frustration There was some one at my work, she is gone now. I still regret not going to her and introducing myself.
Who know there could have been rejection. Could have been success.
My regret is I will never know.
I hope my recent mistake can help you move forward and get to know this person better.
Good luck to you and hope it work better for you than it did for me.
