Atheist do not believe in satan. Also if satan was the big bad *** the Christians seem to think he is, he's pretty week, If he's so evil and we are so influenced by him, why doesn't he make up murder and rape and steal? Instead all he can do is make us not believe in god or in him! What a wimp.
Go back to the stone age.
I can't not believe the drivel I'm hearing from the Christians! And then they sit and wonder why atheist are so angry. Do you really believe you're being good little Christians? Well morals dictates that you are being bad humans! I'm embarrassed that there are people like some of you in this world. I would never say such mean vile stuff to you just because you don't believe as I do. I wish you could all just go back to the dark ages because your thought process is still back there!

I'm an Atheist. Satan has no influence on me since I don't believe in him! I am a very moral, ethical, and compassionate person who regularly donates to charity, does good things for people with nothing expected in return, and am pursuing a career in Holocaust & Genocide studies in order to help make the world a better place and preserve the memories of those who died in the Holocaust. How is that being influenced by Satan? A lot of people aren't Christian, whether they be Atheists, Jews, Muslims or any of the hundreds or thousands of other religions out there. By your argument, you're also stating that these people are also influenced by Satan since they are not Christians. Please be more considerate to others--- it's extremely offensive when someone just assumes since I don't believe in God, I must be a bad person. I have a deep respect for religion and those who follow them but not for people who insist that their religion is the only right one or those that try to shove their beliefs down the throats of others-- it's NOT ok.

I would say that Satan is more powerful through a believer when it comes to
influencing.
Because the believer is all about resisting
the things in the devils playground, he spends most of his energy trying to avoid temptation, thus making himself totally miserable opening himself up to more negative thoughts direct from evil forces.
Most believers seem like manic depressants, but yet spiritually incorruptable and able to withstand any obstacle in life, they are pure warriors spiritually ready to take on adversity. Christians are always
ready or there in the act of getting prepared
through thier mistakes.
With gods help the devil can only make a christian a better person in the end.
The devils playground is made to accomodate the one who lives by the flesh.
Non believers are automatic in doing the devils work because they dont comprehend
resistance of the flesh.
Athiest are perfectly normal in this world.
I dont think the devil influences something
thats already his.
Satan has nothing to worry about when it comes to a non believer.

Don't you think that once a person decides to be an atheist, Satan's work is then over, since he supposedly wants people not to believe in Christianity? Hence, Satan has no more strings to pull with these atheist people. Were I you, I'd be much more concerned with how Satan is influencing Christians to be such lousy examples of Christlike compassion and mercy that people become disillusioned and cynical about religion in the first place.

Satan is not real – and even if he were real, it is obvious that Atheists are too intelligent, pure of soul, and have too much strength of character to be influenced by such a goon.
Now, on the other hand, weak Christians seem the easiest prey and main victims of Satan.
You never hear about Atheists being ‘possessed’ or having exorcisms. It is always some devout theist who claims the devil has stolen their soul.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

Is he also influencing the evangelists who commit adultery? What about the suicide bombers? And the leaders of the Spanish Inquisition? All these people are/were deeply religious. None of them would profess to be atheists. If they were, perhaps they would not have committed their crimes.
Your problem is that you look to justify your own beliefs by demonising those who are different.

I agree with you 100%, but what percentage are aware of this fact is the real question?
Acts 5:38-39
And so, under the present circumstances, I say to you, Do not meddle with these men, but let them alone...otherwise, you may perhaps be found fighters actually against God.”
Hebrews 10:26-27
For if we practice sin willfully after having received the accurate knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice for sins left, but [there is] a certain fearful expectation of judgment and [there is] a fiery jealousy that is going to consume those in opposition.

Hi
Whenever wrong is done or thought, it certainly was not the Lord that influenced the wrong.
Even a Christian can praise God one moment and the next mistreat a brother (or sister).
God's influence is only and always good. He is God and can do none else.
I hope this helps.
Take Care

Wrong! Saul of Tarsus was Satan and he made the Christian church in his own image. Martin Luther tried to get things back on track but the reform movement was infiltrated and also perverted. The last true Christians buried the real bible in the Egyptian desert.
Atheists? They're harmless, just the scattered pieces of god with low self-esteem.
