This is the colloquial Arabic. This message can be roughly translated as "Why did you call, not afraid. I am your best friend. I will call you tonight".

Well it's right colloquial but which colloquial ? it's so close to Moroccan accent but it's not it exactly ,ant ways it to a boy ,because it says "yahi" which is brother but a slang word for friend or so.It also sounds as if he is Turkish man trying to speak Arabic.
it says:
come on why you are sad my friend? don't be worried ,I'm your friend & you are a nice person ,I'll call you today night.

It means: " Why are you angry? I'm a friend. You are a good person, I'll phone you tonight"
I can comment about the speaker that he/She is NOT arabic native speaker,, the way of speaking sounds like an Asian is trying to speak Arabic.

this is not arabic..it is probably persian I'm not sure though. but i know that
antha means you
sadheek means friend
