This girl walks past my work palce which is a mini cab office i don controlling. we made eye contact and strated waving, this she went pass i went up to her told her that i am all ways on the phone when she gos past that i want to speak to her so i told her maybe i can give her my number or she can give me hers she said i will give my number so she cames in the the office and gives me her number. whats next i dont know shall i call for a dring i really not sure

Well don't e-mail her because your spelling is atrocious. Call her, don't be a wimp. If you are chicken then it sounds like she has more balls then you do...if you don't step up to the plate she will probably lose interest unless she was only in it for the chase.
