I recently accidently tore off my big toe nail and am in a lot of pain. The doctor prescribed Vicodin for me to take and it's helping a lot with the pain. My friend came over and wants to smoke some marijuana and I was wondering if there's any dangerous side effects of that? I'm not going to be driving, i'm not going to be operating any type of machinery...and i'm not looking for a lecture on why I should or shouldn't smoke pot...i'm simply asking if there is any medical danger in taking the two together. Thank you in advance everybody! :)

Nope, you'll be absolutely fine, just don't drink and take the vicodin and you'll be fine!

I think you should be OK. Vicodin and alcohol is lethal but marijuana isn't a depressant. Of course, it will be really funny when you smoke the marijuana and become paranoid that you might be dying. Have fun!

You might pass out faster or get really really baked, but other than that no since you wont be mixing anything in your stomach.,just dont drink alcohol and vicodin which increase the chances of liver problems
