Not brushing before using them can help. Using the top and bottom separately can help too. Or space the time out. If it hurts then skip a day. Eventually, the sensitivity wears off or lighter. Don't use it for any longer than recommended. If the sensitivity doesn't stop when you stop the treatment, within a day or two, see your dentist.

If the pain has been going on for months, it is likely that your wisdom teeth are what we call impacted third molars (wisdom teeth). And as you mentioned that it erupted at a strange angle, you might suffer food impaction in that region in the future and cause your molar at the front of the wisdom tooth to decay. Which contributes to gum infection as well. Having it removed would only hurt like a b*tch for a week or so, some swelling will be there. Try getting some Chlorhexidine mouthwash or even rinse your mouth with saline (warm salt water) while waiting to see a dentist.

your putting industrial chemicals in your mouth my gosh!!it burns i bet ?the burn will get worse! stop useing bleach in your mouth.am sure you have pretty teeth or you wouldnt be so huh crazy as to put chemicals in your mouth!please find a alternative..brush and flos,i see some folks with teeth so white you see tyhru them.they have used to much of something.chemical burns can get bad...stop that

um stop doing it, it eats your teeth away take a break with it and allow minerals to re deposit and make your teeth stronger again...try the ACT mouth wash
