you CAN be tattooed over stretch marks but depending on the type of stretch marks you have they may still be visible because the texture of your skin changes within the stretchmarked skin.

You can, but it may not look right; the more prominent the stretch marks, the more it will stick out. You should ask a tattoo artist for an opinion.

I am a body piercer at a Tattoo and Piercing shop in Ontario, and my boss tattooed her stretch marks on her stomach she got from having her kid and it looks great.... so Yeah you most definitely CAN.

i think you can, but imagine what it would look like a when you get old. do think about it.
