Jiff! I have tried both. I must say, Jiff is much better.

Smooth (creamy), and we always get Jif. I come from England, so I have peanut butter with salt and sometimes also white pepper - none of that nasty grape jelly stuff for me.

My truth:
Both are delicious - but smooth is easier to eat, less worry for my older teeth. No thank you to off brands also.
