I think you should rest and relax a bit. Don't think about it too much and go to bed early. Good luck tomorrow!

If you have been previously training for this event, then rest. This is because, if you do the training the day before, you could use up the muscles energy (glycogen) before the 'real deal'. This energy takes 48-72 hours to fully replace itself (through good diet) therefore you may find you are not at your peak if you train today. If you havent trained, then it will make no difference in your performance anyway, so there is no point, also you could experience some muscle soreness in the morning tomorrow as a result of training. Just stretch and keep generally active (without intending to workout) just go for a walk, and try not to have too many caffeinated drinks which could affect your sleep tonight. Good luck!

Rest today...you will not benefit from wearing yourself out just before a fitness test. You would actually do worse than if you had rested. Things you can do: Get plenty of carbs today, drink plenty of water all day to prevent cramping.
Hope that helps.

you can do a bit of running, but i'd avoid the weights. your body needs at least 48 hrs to fully recover from a decent resistence workout. if you've trained properly in the leadup to the test you should be fine.
get plenty of sleep tonight and have a solid breakfast tomorrow. don't forget your water and good luck

I would rest, hopefully you have been running and doing the things you will be doing on the test for a few months. Don't worry, I am sure you will do well.

make sure to eat some high quality meals with low GI carbs between now and the test. if anything I would do some low intensity cardio for about 30 minutes and stretch for another 20

Just do a few light exercises to keep limber. Prepare mentally, picture yourself successfully achieving what you must do and rest. Be sure and keep hydrated right up to it.
