Peers will always find something to pick on you for, I'm sure you are perfectly normal in size. It is usually due to jealousy. Possibly you have a more feminine figure which size 0 women secretly know men prefer! They want you to be another generic, faceless stick insect, less competition for them. If they see they are getting to you, it fuels their torture of you.
There are ways of making yourself look slimmer without actually loosing weight, it isn't always best to follow the fashion. Avoid delicate patterns, oddly enough a large print makes you look smaller. No horizontal stripes etc. We have a programme here which may help you (you probably have something similar) I'm add the web link below.
Wear clothes that suit you, make the most of your figure.
You shouldn't try to change yourself for anyone else. If you are unhappy though, try. You have to do it for yourself.
Eat healthily and exercise.
Don't be tempted by any fad/fashion diets, these only work while you're on them. As soon as you start eating more normally, you put the weight back on.....and more!
Whatever you decide, good luck! Remember, be happy with yourself and the world will follow.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
