Close to zero. A calorie is the amount of heat necessary to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1°C from a standard initial temperature. If your heart rate is at its resting level, your heat output is already burning something, which is close to nothing. One sit up will burn almost nothing, it's the consistent contraction of muscle that causes heat energy to be expelled by your cells' respiration. As a D-I college athlete, I'm willing to guess it would take over 10-20 to burn just one off.
