I have acne all over my back. How do I get rid of it?

you can actually use products meant for the face. like, neutrogena makes an acne scrub you could use in the shower and you can use the stridex pads, too. (i swear by the red maximum stength ones). tanning would help, too. sun rays kill the bacteria that causes acne breakouts.

The best way to get rid of acne is to use a combination of salicylic acid (exfoliates dead skin) and benzoyl peroxide (kills bacteria which cause acne). Benzoyl peroxide is expensive, however, so I would just stick to the salicylic acid. Don't get a body wash with it because it just washes right off and doesn't really do anything; you have to apply it to your skin like a topical medication. I would try Stridex salicylic acid pads once a day on your back; move up to twice a day if it doesn't clear up in a couple of weeks. And make sure the pads have at least 2% salicylic acid or the formula won't be strong enough to work effectively.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Well my friens has acne all over her back and she told me that in the ssummer she lays down in the sun for a long time and they all kinda get burned and go away lol i don't know maybe it will work for you? But good luck trying to get it off!

A body wash with Salicylic acid. Exfoliate and wash once a day. It will go away in about a week. You can help 'from the inside out' with acidophilus. It helps you immune system, and is homeopatheic.

they all work for me but proactiv is the most effective..and faster
