Their whole being was black, the area where the face would normally be was more of an empty space. These dreams would occur in about the same setting, also, i'd age in the dreams as i aged in real life [...] In these dreams i would always be saving my family from being captured from these 'men'. I'd run and hide my family, fight against these 'men'. In every dream i'd succeed and awake in fear. For a couple years i didn't have these dreams until one night it happened again. This time i awoke and was chained by my hands and feet to my bed. I was in my current room, except there were torches lit around the room and standing in front of my bed were those 'men', about 20 of them starring at me. I remember trying to make myself wake up by shaking my head and blinking my eyes, but it didnt work. Last thing i know one is standing beside me swinging a sword at my throat. They kill me by beheading. Since then i haven't had these dreams (this was about 11 years ago). - I was 3 when they started.

What you were seeing was demonic forces which want to take you life. But at the same time they want to inspire fear in you. I have heard from other people about the dark cloaked figures. They represent demons which are watching you and working to bring chaos into your life.

I've seen similar, man-shaped things in recurring dreams. Mine wore blank trench coats, and sort of floated along the ground, instead of walking. Someone told me, in one of these dreams, that (within the dream) these things were some kind of...crooked law enforcement, basically. So, in my dreams, they were also always either stalking me or someone I knew.
